How do historic collections serve a purpose and influence contemporary fashion designers? Join us during Chicago Fashion Week for a lively panel discussion with young Chicagoland designers and makers, all finalists in the Evanston History Center’s second reFashioning History design competition and exhibition. They will share insights into their work, creative process, and how history informs their designs. The panel will be moderated by Gregory Graham, a 2024 reFashioning History finalist.

Participating designers include Jess Crane, Gabriella Garza, Maribel Melanson, and Sam Pogson. The evening will also include free admission to the reFashioning History exhibition and the historic Dawes House.
