Big News: CFDA Announcement!
On September 2nd, The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) selected Azeeza as one of only three designers nationwide for the 2026–2027 CFDA | Genesis House AAPI Design + Innovation Grant. Each designer receives:
$60,000 in funding to develop a new collection and grow the business
Mentorship from leaders at CFDA, Bottega Veneta, Meta, 3.1 Phillip Lim, J.Crew, Shopbop and Nordstrom
A design-research trip to Seoul
The opportunity to unveil a collection at Genesis House in New York in May 2027
CFDA described Azeeza as representing “a distinct point of view in American fashion” and highlighted the brand’s hand-dyed silks, ethical sourcing, size inclusivity and celebrity clientele—including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez and Barbra Streisand.
