Panelists:

Rachel J Penca – A stylist and educator who has spoken at TEDx Chicago and taught at Columbia College. Her styling business works with everyone from CEOs to college students, and she has collaborated with global brands including Burberry, Ferragamo, Michael Kors, Nordstrom, rag & bone, and Vince.

J’en ReStyle – A sustainable fashion creator with over 100K followers across YouTube and social media, known for her thrift revamps and creative style perspective. She has been featured on WGN Chicago, nominated for a 2025 Chicago Fashion Award for Best Content Creator, and included in a Business Insider / American Express campaign highlighting small businesses.

Rahela Tanase – With a background spanning creative direction, art direction, and design (including work with Brookfield Properties and Vosges Haut-Chocolat), Rahela brings a multidisciplinary approach to styling. She currently serves on the Board of FGI Chicago and the Advisory Council for Chicago Fashion Week.
