The Curio partnered with 20th Century Studios and Allied Global Marketing to host the official first Chicago fashion world screening for the long awaited sequel of the quintessential 2000s fashion’s bible film. And after 20 years, and many changes (other than most the cast looking about 5 yrs older)… it did not disappoint! It all became very real after intro by Curio’s Ian Gerard & Maggie Gillette, the new Lady Gaga video got things going…and they never stopped.
Attendees included many of Chicago’s top fashion & style content creators, tv actors/personalities from Chicago PD (Marina Squerciati), The CHI’s Cortez Smith (also designer for Eros Christian), Project Runway’s latest season’s glam factor Queen Utica (Ethan Mundth), America’s Next Top Model Jaslene Gonzalez and Netflix’s recent “Age of Attraction” with NS stylist Theresa DeMaria stealing the show. Plus a bevy of local tv stylish hosts including Val Warner and Cortney Hall, fashion leaders, and many others that make Chicago fashion what it is becoming…A Force on the National Radar!
And to do the post party at the St. Regis’ Miru was so…Miranda and the gang! With delicious cocktails, views of the River, surrounded my wow attire…
