Designer Bio:

Laudi Vidni is a brand that celebrates individuality—bold, proud, quirky, or quiet—in every shape, size, and color. The name itself is a reflection of this spirit: Laudi Vidni is “INDIVIDUAL” spelled backward, a nod to the company’s core philosophy of embracing who you are and living life on your own terms.

Founded by Harvard Business School graduates Laura Kofoid and Grace Tsao-Wu, Laudi Vidni was born out of a shared frustration with the handbag industry. Tired of purchasing bags that were never quite right, they rejected the status quo of traditional handbag labels, which often emphasized exclusivity and celebrity endorsement over authenticity and personal expression.

With a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, the duo set out to create beautifully made, custom-designed bags that anyone could carry anywhere. They sought out the finest materials and artisans in the USA, ensuring every piece was not just functional, but an extension of the wearer’s unique style. In addition, they built a more environmentally sustainable business model that allowed customers to design bags tailored specifically to their needs—at an affordable price.
