The Curio Co-hosts Driehaus Fashion Awards 2025

The Curio co-hosted the 20th year of the Driehaus Fashion Awards in conjunction with the Driehaus Design Initiative and with the runway show produced by Zzazz Productions. The Awards and fashion show is the longest running independent fashion show in Chicago showcasing the best fashion student designers from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Columbia College Chicago & Dominican University. The fashionable evening was hosted by Sylvia Perez (Fox-32 News anchor) and drew a bevy of Curio invited fashion influencers and other industry members.

1st Place Winner: Parker Smith (SAIC), 2nd Place Winner: Julia Sloan (SAIC) & 3rd Place: Mikey Smith (Columbia College)

Distinguished Designer Award: Yi (Doris) Luo (SAIC) and Fashion Innovator Award: Albina Ikizli (Dominican U.)
